Hayden AI Raises $5M To Bring Safe, Healthy And Equitable Mobility To The Public In Smart Cities

Hayden AI Technologies, Inc. recently raised $5M in a recent funding round. Hayden AI will use these funds to accelerate product development, helping cities eliminate traffic fatalities and improve efficiency. It will also be used to connect additional smart cities in alignment with the company’s vision.

With this round, the company also announced its new COO, Stuart McKee, formerly Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer. Also, Anthony Foxx, who previously served as the 17th United States Secretary of Transportation, joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Founded by Bo Shen, Vaibhav Ghadiok, Michael Byrne, and Chris Carson, Hayden AI uses AI and edge computing to process real-time data from cameras. It uses the data to create vast and detailed situational awareness that revolutionizes urban mobility, providing a scalable and efficient way to bring safe vehicle mobility to the general public. It is coupled with a knowledge and reasoning engine that can fully automate traffic violation detection, thus eliminating the need for human review and filtering out bias and inefficiencies.
