Latest Open-Source Machine Learning Tools to Fight Cancer

Over 118 million new cancer cases and 9.6 million deaths are recorded in 2018. There is still no perfect cure found for this disease. Many health and tech giants are investing in cancer research  and there have been many accomplishments and many to go for a final end to cancer. 

IBM has devoted quite some time and funds in cancer research and has hit many milestones. In its current success portfolio, IBM is presenting three machine learning based application to fight cancer.
